A fantastic retail opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join the Biz+ Stationery team at Westgate Retail Park, Gloucester.
Biz+ is an independent family-owned stationery, office supplies and print retailer. Established in 2013, the business won best retailer of the year award in its first year and now is looking to expand with a potential second store opening in the very near future. We are passionate about providing a high-quality service to every customer, and we make sure to employ people who are as passionate as we are. In Biz+ Assistant Managers will be responsible for:
- Running shifts and managing the team when store manager is away.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that company targets, goals and standards are achieved.
- You will be required to, at times, place orders and book in stock.
- Deal with customers and customer accounts making sure all needs are provided for to a high standard.
- Help with print centre when required.
- Help with day to day running of the store
The applicant must:
- Must provide a high standard of customer service
- A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving.
- Hardworking and reliable
- Possess a creative approach to merchandising
