Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery/purchase from store for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded ether over the phone or instore.
Most of our products are next working day delivered. In order to receive your items the following working day all stationery and ink order must be placed before 3pm, office furniture and print orders need to be placed by midday. Printing times may vary, depending on work required. A £5 delivery charge will apply to all orders, additional charges may apply to deliveries outside of a 12 mile radius of the store.
Certain items, such as filing cabinets, will be delivered via a third party therefore may incur further changers and an additional day lead time.
Third-party supplier orders
Office furniture and some toner items are delivered directly from our suppliers and can take longer to arrive – usually about 1-3 days. You will find an estimated delivery time on our product pages. Alternatively please contact us before for an estimated delivery time.
All furniture items have a £15.00 delivery charge for main land Uk locations.
